Seven reservations in 10 days at Lovell Homes’ Trinity Walk in Woolwich

It’s been one of the busiest sales periods staff at Trinity Walk can remember since its launch three years ago. Boosted by the stamp duty holiday, Lovell Homes has taken seven reservations in ten days.

Lovell Homes’ sales manager, Lea Hudson, said: “We have just launched Austwick Court and interest in a new building is always high but no doubt the buyers are looking at the stamp duty window to take advantage of saving thousands of pounds at the moment.

“The new stamp duty announcement means many of the apartments at Trinity Walk will come under the £500,000 threshold meaning large savings for buyers.”

Austwick Court, the new block at Trinity Walk, is a collection of 21, one, two- and three-bedroom apartments built over six storeys, eight of which are dual aspect with an additional balcony. Every apartment has at least one balcony.

With prices for a one-bedroom apartment starting at just £355,000 and two bedroom apartments from £460,000, first-time buyers are finding they can afford to buy at Trinity Walk.

Lea added: “The majority of first-time buyers have taken advantage of the London Help to Buy scheme which allows them to secure a mortgage of only 55 per cent of the value of the property, with only a five per cent deposit.”

Trinity Walk is a collection of 445 new build one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Each new home has been built to maximise space and light as well as being finished with a high specification to ensure high levels of comfort, security and quality.
