Multi billion pound regeneration programme in Woolwich was major draw for Kateryna’s move to Trinity Walk

The multi billion pound regeneration programme of Woolwich was one of the main reasons Kateryna Bilokur choose to buy her apartment in the area.

The 33 year-old business analyst moved into her one bedroom apartment at Lovell Homes’ Trinity Walk in October and is looking forward to being able to explore the area.

Woolwich is now becoming one of the hot property spots in south east London, being transformed with several major regeneration schemes, including a Cultural Centre, taking place in and around the town centre.

In the pipeline are new housing developments, Crossrail, as well as new leisure facilities, which is helping shape a vibrant and dynamic town centre. The Royal Borough of Greenwich has agreed a £31 million investment to transform a series of landmark historic buildings into a 16,500m² creative district along the Royal Arsenal riverfront.

Kateryna, who has lived in London for 10 years, saved up a deposit over six years and with Help to Buy was able to purchase her apartment which comes with an ensuite bathroom and balcony.
