Building friendships…doctor couple love the community feeling at Trinity Walk, Woolwich
Tom Potter and wife Sara will be celebrating their third year living at Trinity Walk in October after being one of the first couples to move into Phase One.
The couple, who are both doctors, bought a two-bedroom fifth floor apartment and will be hoping to share the anniversary with many of the friends they’ve made at Trinity Walk.
And you’ll be hard pressed to receive a more ringing endorsement of community living. Tom said: “Previously, I’d lived in apartments in London for 10 years and never even met a neighbour. Here at Trinity Walk, we’ve got to know our neighbours and become friends. We regularly see many of the residents on our floor and its refreshingly friendly.”
Sara added: “Trinity Walk is also very quiet – the sound proofing in the apartment is incredible. You don’t hear the neighbours. It really doesn’t feel like you are living in London.”
Lovell Homes sales manager, Lea Hudson, said: “Tom and Sara are young professionals like so many of our buyers at Trinity Walk and it’s so good to hear friendship stories like this. It really does make a difference to community living.”
Tom added: “We choose Trinity Walk over other developments. The apartments represent great value for money. They have higher ceilings, lots of storage, balconies and a feeling of space inside. They are so much bigger than the average London flat.”
Tom and Sara loved the position of Trinity Walk. “Location was also important to us. We wanted to be able to get into central London easily but also get to work in good time. It’s near the tube and Cross Rail when it opens. There’s a micro brewery, some great restaurants, a market and a diverse range of amenities. Trinity Walk and Woolwich tick a lot of boxes for buyers.”
With prices for a one-bedroom apartment starting at just £355,000 and two bedroom apartments from £460,000, first-time buyers are finding they can afford to buy at Trinity Walk. All one and two bedroom apartments are under £500,000 and can take advantage of the stamp duty holiday.
Trinity Walk is a collection of 445 new build one, two and three-bedroom apartments. Each new home has been built to maximise space and light as well as being finished with a high specification to ensure high levels of comfort, security and quality.
